Creative Publications with Pages for Mac Video Tutorial Series

Hi everyone!
I am about to start up a video tutorial series on how to use Pages (part of iWorks) to make creative publications.  I have ideas to get started, but would love to tailor some videos to suit your needs.  If you are a Pages user (or would like to be), leave me a comment and I will add it to the list!

I've been a Mac instead of a PC for quite a while now.  For the longest time, I had both Pages and Word on my Mac.  With time, I began to see how much more creative my documents were getting as my knowledge of Pages grew.  Eventually, my Word got dated and I just never replaced it.  I use pages as my sole word processing/document creating product.  It's fun and easy to use.

When more than a few friends began asking me how to do particular things with Pages, I thought it might be helpful to create a video tutorial series.  I look forward to hearing your suggestions!

  1. Oh THANK YOU! I can't wait to view these. I love Pages. I use it for all my documents. I am new to making things with clipart and fancy fonts and can't wait to learn how its done correctly. Now its all trial and error, mostly error.

  2. This is great Tracey! I look forward to your tutorials. I was on Appleworks for so long, that I have only been using Pages for a few months, but I find it similar to the drawing program I was using. I hardly ever use the word processing side. I just add text to the blank canvas when needed.
